Looking Back and to the Future
Last year was unpredictable and challenging for a lot of businesses, but we’re pleased to say that we’ve weathered the storm here at CME. In fact, 2019 was one of our most successful years to date.
We’ve welcomed several new clients to our portfolio based all over the UK. From main contractors through to specialist construction firms and manufacturers, we’re working with a huge variety of businesses and implementing a wide range of campaigns.
To support this growth, we were delighted to welcome Eleanor to our team in 2019. An accomplished account manager, she has been and continues to be a great asset to CME.
Our success stems from a strategy that’s always focused on uplifting businesses across the built environment. We provide high levels of expertise but without the substantial costs or resources required to recruit PR and marketing professionals in-house.
We are passionate about what we do and care greatly about getting results. That’s why we take the time to really get to know and understand each company we support. This ensures we are armed with all the information we need to give the very best strategic advice and keep you ahead in such a competitive environment.
To make sure we continue to deliver a great service, we’re going to be introducing free-of-charge tutorials for each of our clients this year. These will give you access to our knowledge and expertise across a wide range of areas ranging from social media through to direct marketing. So, whether you want to simply find out more about the benefits of a particular tool or help members of your team learn a new skill, these tutorials will be ideal.
We’re also looking at ways in which we can work smarter with our clients to improve efficiencies and reduce our carbon footprint. Our plans include implementing an online system that gives you real-time access to your campaigns so you can monitor success at a time convenient to you.
Looking ahead, our strategy remains the same and with our feet now firmly in 2020, we look forward to continuing to work with you and your teams.
