A scaffolding contractor with a 40-year track record and sustained growth, TRAD came to us to help develop market insights that could inform its sales strategy.
We suggested a perception study involving both past and current customers and prospects that the sales team had identified as ‘wish list’ future customers. We then worked with the company to devise a questionnaire before using our in-house research capabilities to carry out the study and present our findings.
TRAD has used our perception study to develop its commercial and sales strategies.
