Collaborating with renowned architects and talented designers, the outstanding team at Hale has been helping discerning clients to turn their most ambitious plans into reality for around 15 years.

 

CME has been working with Hale for the past four years to cement the company’s position as a trusted specialist in luxury city and country residential projects, including extensive contemporary homes and heritage & listed buildings.   

 Combining media, owned digital content and social media management with regular email newsletters, CME’s marketing plan for Hale highlights their fine building expertise and focus on lasting quality, and helps to keep them front of mind with clients, partners and stakeholders.

 At the heart of the ongoing campaign is compelling content providing an insight into the stunning projects in the company’s portfolio, both completed and on site. This ranges from sneak peeks behind the scenes to big reveals, as the company transforms some of the most prestigious addresses in London and the Southern Counties. Professional photography and videography, including drone footage, supports the written content and aligns with Hale’s prime positioning.

 Alongside this, we work closely with MD Christian Hale to further his reach and influence amongst peers and potential clients via blogs, trade media articles, engaging LinkedIn content and podcast interviews.

 Supporting the ongoing marketing tactics are projects to elevate the brand in line with the company’s increased success, including internal communication materials, a new website and brochure.

 Driven by Hale’s clear business strategy, and in tandem with a separate outsourced sales team, the results for Hale are compelling. LinkedIn followers have increased by 800%; email newsletter open rates are consistently around 50% and Hale is now working with several of the prestigious London architects they have targeted. The company has increased the average value of its contracts as well as its annual  turnover by over 100% in five years, and their target is to do so again in the next five.
